Industrial Engineer Technician (Temp to Perm)
Are you an experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician specializing in high-power industrial control systems? We are looking for a skilled Electro-Mechanical Tech to join a leading team, with the clear and explicit goal of transitioning into a permanent employee within approximately 3-6 months of starting!
This is a direct path to a stable, long-term career assembling, testing, and troubleshooting complex electrical and mechanical components, with a focus on mission-critical industrial machinery.

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Location: Brooksville, FL
Compensation:
4 Years' Experience: $20 - $23 Per Hour
5+ Years' Experience: $23+ Per Hour | You must have 3-Phase Motor & PLC Knowledge & Experience
Responsibilities:
This position works alongside our engineering team, providing hands-on support to ensure continuous-operation industrial products.
- Assemble & fabricate actuators, motor control boards, power control systems, and switching modules
- Test & Troubleshoot issues with returned or defective industrial components
- Provide direct technical support to customers via the phone and email regarding installation and operation
- Generate and modify wiring diagrams for specialized product configurations
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Bonus skills that are not required, but would make for a more ideal candidate:
- Familiarity with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), SCADA Systems, and Communication Protocols
- Experience with Autodesk Inventor or AutoCAD for design/documentation
- Demonstrated knowledge of control engineering concepts
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills for technical support

Qualifications:
The candidate chosen for an offer of employment will be ready to start within their first one-two weeks of starting the assignment.
- 2+ years' hands on experience working with 3-phase motors and control systems
- Demonstrate experience with 3-phase motors and their applications
- Proficiency in reading and understanding wiring diagrams and mechanical schematics
- Ability to analyze technical information and propose solutions to complex problems
