Logistics Dispatcher | Customer Service Rep II

Schedule: Full-Time | Various Shifts Available
Working hours 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Mandatory Requirement: Weekends Mandatory - Days off during the week
Compensation: $16.00 per hour
Location: Odessa, Florida

 

Job Responsibilities:

Your day-to-day role involves critical communication and problem-solving to ensure smooth delivery operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.

  • Delivery Dispatching: Perform delivery driver dispatching and monitor the progress of delivery route completion.

  • Customer Support: Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email to ensure commitments are met.

  • Problem Resolution: Diagnose, evaluate, and resolve complex problems or logistical issues.

  • Complaint Handling: respond to customer complaints in a calm, professional manner, and ability to work under pressure while delivering solutions.

  • Administrative: Perform Data Entry and compile daily operational reports.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

 

Experience:

  • 1-4 years

 

Qualifications:

What you'll need to succeed and make an immediate impact:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role within a call center environment, resolving problems and issues.

  • Intermediate Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Customer service skills with the drive to resolve issues.

  • Ability to multitask with organizational skills.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred, not required).
