Job Responsibilities:
Your day-to-day role involves critical communication and problem-solving to ensure smooth delivery operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Delivery Dispatching: Perform delivery driver dispatching and monitor the progress of delivery route completion.

Customer Support: Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email to ensure commitments are met.

Problem Resolution: Diagnose, evaluate, and resolve complex problems or logistical issues.

Complaint Handling: respond to customer complaints in a calm, professional manner, and ability to work under pressure while delivering solutions.

Administrative: Perform Data Entry and compile daily operational reports.

Qualifications:
What you'll need to succeed and make an immediate impact:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role within a call center environment, resolving problems and issues.

Intermediate Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Customer service skills with the drive to resolve issues.

Ability to multitask with organizational skills.

Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred, not required).
