HR Assistant | Manufacturing

Responsibilities:
This role manages the end-to-end administrative and logistical support for recruiting and provides key administrative assistance to the HR Operations Manager.

Recruiting & Screening: Review incoming applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates, and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit and interest.

Hiring Logistics: Skillfully manage interview scheduling logistics and communicate with candidates throughout the entire hiring process.

Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation, conducting orientations, and ensuring smooth integration into the company.

HR Administration: Maintain accurate and confidential HR files, records, and applicant tracking data.

Compliance & Support: Assist with benefits enrollment, employee recordkeeping, and HR compliance tasks as needed.

Project Work: Support HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

General Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR Operations Manager.
Skills:

Computer Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and experience utilizing HR/recruiting platforms.

Education:
Associate's Degree (or equivalent work experience)

Qualifications:
