About the Role:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Level V Brazer to join our manufacturing team. This is an entry-level brazing position and the starting point for anyone entering the brazing department. In this role, you will be responsible for performing copper bundle brazing, which includes aligning and tacking baffles using proper templates and fixtures and brazing headers according to Monitor Standards.
 
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong hand-eye coordination, a willingness to learn, and the ability to follow established quality and production standards. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace and may be assigned additional duties as needed.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform brazing operations to assemble and join metal parts according to blueprints and schematics
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to understand assembly requirements
• Inspect completed work to ensure adherence to quality standards
• Assist with general production and warehouse tasks, including assembly, labeling, and clean-up
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, following all safety protocols

• Reading and completing visual paperwork.
• Understanding technical prints and drawings.
• Proper use of brazing fixtures and torches.
• Brazing operator responsibilities.
• Monitor’s brazing standard procedures.

• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably with brazing or welding experience
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs

• $14.00/hour
• Monday-Thursday, 6am-4:30pm
• Profit sharing options, after 90 days
• 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday, 6am–4:30pm)
