Hernando County Strategic Plan - Commissioner Forum I
(Brooksville, FL) – Community members are encouraged to attend Commissioner Forum I, a public meeting for the Strategic Planning Process, on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Hernando County Utilities Department, 15365 Cortez Blvd, Brooksville, FL 34613.
The forum will feature a discussion of Phase I findings and provide an opportunity for Commissioners and Constitutional Officers to collaborate on shaping the County’s future vision, goals, and objectives. The forum marks the beginning of Phase II of Hernando County’s year-long Strategic Planning Process and will include:
· Review of Phase I Findings – Summary of data gathered from community surveys, focus groups, forums, and stakeholder interviews.
· Input from Constitutional Officers – Officers will have the opportunity to share perspectives on planning for the County’s future.
· Commissioner Breakout Sessions – Commissioners will begin shaping the County’s long-term vision, goals, and objectives.
