ANNUAL COLORING CONTEST ACCEPTS SUBMISSIONS
United Way Transforms Artwork into Holiday Cards

Hernando County, FL – The United Way of Hernando County is excited to announce its 10th Annual Holiday Card Coloring Contest, an engaging and festive way for young community members to celebrate the holidays with an artistic twist. This year’s contest will kick off on Wednesday, November 13th and submissions will be accepted until Sunday, December 1st.

United Way invites preschool through 5th grade aged children in the Hernando County School system, daycare, private schools, Hernando eSchool, or home-schooled students to download a special holiday themed coloring page from the United Way website. Once completed, entries can be submitted digitally to impact@UnitedWayHernando.org, mailed, or dropped off at the United Way office: 4028 Commercial Way, Spring Hill, FL, 34606.

“We believe in the power of creativity to bring our community together,” said United Way of Hernando Executive Director Angie Bonfardino. “This coloring contest not only encourages artistic expression but also fosters a sense of community spirit during the holiday season. We can’t wait to see the wonderful designs everyone creates!”

Submitted artwork is reviewed by United Way’s Student Board Members, where 5 lucky winners who creatively embrace the Live United spirit will
have their artwork featured on United Way of Hernando County’s Annual Holiday Card. Cards are distributed every December to over 200 community partners, local businesses, Board of Directors, and more! As a thank you for the student’s artistic work, each winner’s family will receive a Holiday Card in the mail and a special prize.

Join us in coloring our community with joy and creativity this holiday season! For more information about the contest, submission guidelines, and details, please visit www.UnitedWayHernando.org/ColoringContest or contact Justine at impact@UnitedWayHernando.org.
