Hernando County Town Hall Meeting on Property Restoration from Storm Damage
(Brooksville, FL) – Hernando County Government in conjunction with the Hernando County Development Services Department and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will be hosting a Town Hall Meeting on Property Restoration from Storm Damage on Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at 6pm located in the Eastside Elementary School Cafeteria (27151 Roper Rd, Brooksville, FL 34602). Residents who experienced property damage from Hurricane Helene (September 26, 2024) and Hurricane Milton (October 9, 2024) are invited to attend a special town hall meeting to discuss the impact of these storms, damage assessments, and the importance of complying with floodplain regulations. FEMA will be on staff to discuss Individual Assistance, the FEMA application process, etc.
