Hernando County Housing & Supportive Services to Host Back to School Wellness Fairs with Free Resources for Families
(Brooksville, FL) – Hernando County Housing & Supportive Services is proud to present two Back to School Wellness Fair events to promote mental well-being, raise awareness, and help local families kick off the school year with the tools and support they need for a healthy and successful start.
These free, family-friendly events will take place:

Attendees can access a wide range of health and wellness resources, school readiness information, and community services—all at no cost.
· Delicious food options from popular local food trucks:
Kona Ice, The Wright Kinda BBQ, and Liddlemama’s Empanadas.
· Local agencies and community partners including:
988 (First Contact), BayCare Behavioral Health CivCom Tobacco Initiative, Dawn Center, Florida Department of Health, Hernando County Fire Rescue Community Paramedicine, Hernando Community Coalition, Hernando County School District, Hernando County Sheriff’s Office Community Policing, Lutheran Services Florida (LSF), NAMI Hernando, The Jones Coaching Firm, The Vines Hospital, United Way of Hernando County, Suncoast YMCA, Kids Central, Inc., You Thrive Children’s Advocacy Center, Girl Scouts of West Central Florida, Premier Community Healthcare, and many more.
