Hernando County Office Closures in Observance of Juneteenth
(Brooksville, FL) – The following Hernando County offices/services will be closed on Thursday, June 19, 2025 in observance of Juneteenth:
- All Hernando County Government offices
- Library Services
Normal business hours will resume for these offices/services on Friday, June 20, 2025.
Transit Services (TheBus):
TheBus will be operating on Thursday, June 19, 2025.
Hernando County Solid Waste Facilities:
The Main Landfill, West Hernando and East Hernando Solid Waste Convenience Centers will be open and Republic Services will be providing trash, recycling, and yard waste collection services as normal on Thursday, June 19, 2025.
