Hernando County Government Launches New GeoHub Land Development GIS Map
(Brooksville, FL) – Hernando County Government has launched a new GeoHub land development GIS map designed to help residents, community members, and industry professionals quickly identify property standards and regulations in Hernando County.
As part of the GeoHub launch, the map includes key number and address search capabilities, flood zones, wetlands, conservation lands, and land use information. The GeoHub also features setback information, maximum building height regulations, and other current Code of Ordinance standards, consolidating key requirements in one place and reducing the need to search across multiple sources.
Hernando County is hosting virtual GeoHub sessions via Zoom to demonstrate the map’s features, highlight current capabilities, and collect feedback to guide future enhancements, ensuring that it remains effective for all users.
