Florida SBDC Network State Office (Pensacola, Fla.) – The Florida Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Network, the state’s principal provider of small business assistance, is proud to announce the keynote speakers for the fifth annual Small Business Success Summit. The event will be held August 17-18, 2026, at the Sunseeker Resort in Charlotte Harbor.
The 2026 Summit will bring together small business owners, Florida SBDC Network consultants, valued partners and industry experts to provide actionable strategies to help business owners take their business to the next level.
This year’s event will feature three keynotes: Omar Soliman, co-founder of College H.U.N.K.S. Hauling Junk & Moving, Jim Weber, the former CEO of Brooks Running; and Joshua Frank, founder and managing partner of RSM Federal. |

Attendees will learn how Weber took a brand from the brink of bankruptcy to a billion-dollar global performance brand. His keynote will highlight how committing to a clear niche, investing in culture, and leading with purpose can help organizations stand out even in the most competitive markets. |
Joshua Frank brings over 35 years of experience in the federal contracting space. Having helped over 25,000 businesses secure billions in government contracts, Frank will provide a disciplined, strategic roadmap for navigating market uncertainty and winning new business across commercial and government markets.
