About Us

You Thrive Florida is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization headquartered in Brooksville, Florida, that provides life-changing services and opportunities to individuals and families to improve their ability to thrive. You Thrive Florida has served Hernando County and surrounding communities for decades as a trusted partner in addressing basic needs, promoting self-sufficiency, and strengthening local families. The organization empowers people to overcome immediate obstacles while also building the skills, stability, and resilience needed for long-term success.

Through a diverse portfolio of programs, You Thrive Florida connects residents to critical supports such as early learning services, transportation for transportation-disadvantaged residents, housing and homeownership supports, senior services, children’s advocacy services, and emergency and energy assistance. By coordinating services across multiple sectors—basic needs, education, employment, housing, and family stability—the organization helps create a stronger, more vibrant local economy where both individuals and businesses can succeed.
