Through March we are offering a discount for your Preventative Maintenance.

Annual Maintenance is required when you have a unit that is covered under the manufacturers warranty. (ends March 31)
Maintenance Includes:
Test the function of capacitors, contactor, relays, float switches, etc.
Test the amp draw of compressor, condenser fan motor, air handler blower motor and electric heater kit.
Remove the top of the condenser to facilitate the removal of leaves and debris from the bottom of condenser, reinstall top and check for proper operation.
Clean the drain line to prevent condensate backup. ( Please note this will help to prevent backup, not stop.)
Check overall wellness of entire HVAC & IAQ equipment such as media filters, UV Lights, etc.
We will report any findings including cost to repair for the customers approval.
