Workforce Development Center Complimentary BBQ Dinner and Fundraiser
Thursday February 6th, from 4-6PM at Gowers Corner Campus
18950 Michigan Lane Spring Hill Fl. (1/4 Mile North on SR41 from SR52)
In celebration of Pasco-Hernando State College's newly established
Workforce Development Center, join us for a celebratory barbecue
fundraiser! Held at the Workforce Development Center at Gowers
Corner, this event will honor the innovative learning facility that
aims to support our community's workforce program students.
PHSC's one-of-a-kind Construction Learning Center, located in
Spring Hill, covers almost 2 acres including an indoor classroom for
concept and general knowledge discussions and an outdoor 9,600
square foot outdoor construction lab area.
The Construction Learning Center provides a free Apprenticeship
program that offers hands-on learning opportunities and job
placement. With a focus on innovation in workforce development,
this center is here to pave the way for students eager to enter
high-demand industries within Pasco and Hernando counties.
There are many ways to get involved. Join us to learn about
sponsorship opportunities, partnerships, apprentices and
apprenticeships. Don't miss out on this special occasion! This event
is free and open to the Construction and Building Industry by RSVP.
