Humane Society of the Nature Coast, Inc. presents the 14th Annual Fur Ball Gala!
A magical evening to raise funds for the care of homeless animals
BROOKSVILLE – On Oct. 21 the Humane Society of the Nature Coast will host its 14th Annual Fur Ball Gala to raise much-needed funds for homeless dogs and cats. A magical evening of dining, belly dancers, Tarot Card readings and an auction kicks off at 6 p.m. at the Silverthorn Country Club, 4550 Golf Club Lane in Spring Hill.
Bay News 9 Anchor Veronica Cintron will host this enchanted evening. All proceeds from this event go directly to the no-time-limit shelter, where hundreds of homeless dogs and cats are cared for each year until they are adopted into loving homes. The Humane Society of the Nature Coast relies entirely on community donations and events like this one to help us to save some of the 3 million dogs and cats that will be euthanized this year.
The community’s support is needed to continue this never-ending rescue work. So, please grab your mask and purchase your tickets ($75 each), or feature your business as one of the partners in sponsorship. Tickets are limited; call (352) 796-2711 to get yours. Masks and semi-formal attire are encouraged, but not required, for this event.
