Hernando Audubon Society Meeting
Colleen Werner, biologist at Withlacoochee State Forest, will speak about Florida's bat species, and will discuss WSF management strategies for cave-dependent bats. The meeting will occur at the Brooksville Women's Club, 131 S. Main St. The following evening there will be a bat viewing at 6:15 pm at Chinsegut Conservation Center, 23212 Lake Lindsey Road, Brooksville. Bats will leave their roosts at dusk. Both events are free and open to the public.
