Tim Dellinger will present an overview of Sandhill and Whooping cranes in Florida, with a focus on the natural history of our non-migratory subspecies. He will describe ongoing Florida Sandhill Crane research, along with suggestions on how we can be good neighbors to cranes that live among us. He is Assistant Research Scientist in the Fish and Wildlife Research Institute, part of Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
