– How can sampling some fabulous wine help to support your Public Libraries? The Friends of the Library of Hernando County are holding a Wine Tasting Fundraiser at the Lake House in Spring Hill (1202 Kenlake Ave.) on Saturday, March 12 from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. This fun evening will include wine tastings, food from local restaurants, homemade appetizers and desserts, a 50/50 raffle, and a Chinese Auction. Proceeds will benefit the Hernando County Public Library System.
Tickets are $15 per person or $25 per couple. Tickets are available at the Little Red Schoolhouse Bookstore (1208 Kenlake Avenue, Spring Hill); Strong Tower Winery (17810 Forge Dr., Spring Hill); and at the Lake House on the evening of the event (1202 Kenlake Ave., Spring Hill).
