Life can be stressful these days in our fast-paced world. We all need to find ways to give ourselves a chance to breathe, take a break from the “to-do” list, and re-connect to our essential selves. That’s where your Hernando County Public Library System steps in.
We’re offering a new program at the West Hernando Branch Library focused on ways to “find your center”. The program, “Finding Your Balance in a 24/7 World” will be offered on the third Tuesday of every month from 3:30 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. at the West Hernando Branch Library.
Join us in a relaxed and informal atmosphere to discuss tips and resources on a variety of ways suggested by experts to manage stress and “find your center”. Each meeting will focus on a different area or topic, but all will be related to finding ways to increase wellness and peace of mind. There will be time for group discussion and possibly for some short, five minute silent or guided meditation.
Please join us on Tuesday, January 20 from 3:30 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. at the West Hernando Branch Library, located at 6335 Blackbird Avenue, Brooksville, Florida 34613. Registration is recommended as space is limited.
