Every Hero has a story! Your Hernando County Public Library System is celebrating heroes this summer. Come to this program and learn about the importance of recycling from some environmental heroes from the Solid Waste and Recycling Division of the Hernando County Utilities Department. Then, learn how to make a cool craft using recycled materials!
This program is recommended for children ages 5 to 12 years old. All Summer Youth Programs are offered free of charge and are sponsored by the Friends of the Library of Hernando County, FL, Inc.
Environmental Heroes: Recycling will be offered from 10:15 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. on:

- Thursday, July 16; Spring Hill Branch; 9220 Spring Hill Drive
- Wednesday, July 22; East Branch; 6457 Windmere Road
