The Alzhiemer’s Family Organization is hosting a Spirit Night at Chick-Fil-A!
 
Mention the AFO and Spirit Night when ordering (dining in/carry out AND drive thru!) and a portion of the proceeds will go back to the AFO!

The Alzheimer’s Family Organization procvides support services and educations programs for caregivers and families of those with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementia’s. Our serivice areas include: Hernando, Citrus, Lake, Marion, Sumter, Pasco, Pinellas, and Hillsborough. All funds raised for the organization stay within the communites that we serve.
