Held on the fourth Wednesday of each month from 6:00 7:30PM\, this high-energy session is designed to challenge your body and elevate your endurance midweek. From 6:00 7:00PM\, experience a dynamic High-Intensity Interval Training workout combining short bursts of powerful cardio and strength movements with strategic recovery periods. Expect a full-body conditioning session that builds stamina\, boosts energy\, and leaves you feeling accomplished. From 7:00 7:30PM\, stay and mingle. Connect with others in the community\, build relationships\, and enjoy a complimentary healthy treat provided by Zenbodi. Tickets are $15 + taxes & fees. Wellness Wednesday takes place every Wednesday of the month at The Hardware Store\, with each week featuring a different wellness-focused class or experience.
