Held on the second Wednesday of each month from 6:00 7:30PM\, this session is designed to energize your week and build lower-body strength in a fun\, empowering atmosphere. This workout will be led by Bandz n Booty\, known for their dynamic\, band-focused training style that targets and activates the glutes for maximum burn. From 6:00 7:00PM\, enjoy a high-energy\, glute-focused strength session centered on resistance bands\, lower-body conditioning\, and intentional muscle activation. Expect a motivating environment\, strong beats\, and a workout that leaves you feeling powerful. From 7:00 7:30PM\, stay and mingle. Connect with others in the community\, build relationships\, and enjoy a complimentary healthy treat provided by Zenbodi. Tickets are $15 + taxes and fees. Wellness Wednesday takes place every Wednesday of the month at The Hardware Store\, with each week featuring a different wellness-focused class or experience.
