Florida SBDC Network Deploys Mobile Assistance Centers to Florida Keys
MACs to Provide Onsite Recovery Assistance for Small
Businesses Impacted by Hurricane Irma

Florida SBDC Network Headquarters (Pensacola, Fla.) - Following Hurricane Irma's devastating impact, the Florida SBDC Network has deployed its emergency response Mobile Assistance Centers (MACs) to the Florida Keys to aid local businesses impacted by the storm.

In collaboration with the U.S. SBA, the Florida SBDC Network has worked to establish temporary Business Recovery Centers (BRCs) in communities across the state for businesses adversely impacted by Hurricane Irma. BRCs offer expertise from both the SBA and Florida SBDC to assist small businesses who sustained physical and/or economic injury as a result of the storm.
