Hernando County Criminal Justice Mental Health Substance Abuse Survey - Needs Assessment

Adults, age 18 and older, and adults with family members, who have a mental health illness and/or drug or alcohol problem are encouraged to take a brief online survey. Survey results will be used to improve behavioral health services in Hernando County and divert individuals away from the criminal justice system and into treatment. The survey is being conducted by WellFlorida Council for Lutheran Services Florida Health Systems (LSF). Survey participants can enter to win a $25 gift card.
