Structural Energetic Therapy is a unique results-based system that uses cranial/structural releases that relate to universal structural distortions (more commonly recognized as the imbalance within the pelvis) and those specific to each client and their unique history. SET combines these releases with specialized myofascial bodywork (which are designed to unwind these postural distortion patterns) as well as emotional energy release techniques (known as Breath Sessions) to further therapeutic e?ciency and progress when necessary by creating breakthroughs in well-being and by opening up the breathing process for each client.
